modern fairly clean hotel and staff was exceptionally kind. greatly enjoyed the spotless twin room with 2 beds and the way it was setup.

It offered us great location not far from the train station and the bus to the airport and shopping mall. Everyone we encountered was very nice and polite.

For a great stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It is situated very close to the bus station, making it convenient for travelers. it is surrounded by office blocks, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel is also near the train stations, making it easily accessible for those with physical handicaps. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a helpful staff who greets you warmly upon arrival. The bathrooms are well-maintained, with regular towel and bed changes. a positive experience.

The hotel lacks a bar on-site, which would have been a nice addition for guests looking to relax and have a drink.

Although it was free Internet, it's not wireless and you need to ask for a cable at reception. Having stayed over a Friday and Saturday and having been given a room on the main road side, we slept badly due to street noise (people out). The worst of all for me, was that we booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking one. The excuse from the receptionist was that we had booked on the Internet... I pointed out they could have emailed us or something, they said they did not have our details! I would not have stayed in the hotel if I had know I would have to stay in the smoking area. The smell was unpleasant.

Although the hotel is not centrally located it is within easy reach of the main attractions. It is a modern and cosy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and a nice decoration.

Breakfast could be improved.

Units with 2 beds. Good and lovely location next to the old town, the bus station in the morning, and port and train.

The value for money at this place was unbeatable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had stylish decor. The staff went above and beyond to assist me and the location was convenient, close to transportation hubs.

More breakfast choices would have made it even better.

Quality, comfort, price and location were all very good. The rooms were extremely clean and looked newly decorated.

We had a great stay at Hotel Moon! The decor and theme were fun and interesting, with the moon as a prominent feature throughout. The seventh floor rooms had amazing balconies with beautiful views. The rooms themselves were cozy, clean, and surprisingly affordable. We loved the convenient location, surrounded by great breakfast options. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting us with all our questions. a great budget-friendly option with unexpected levels of quality.
